For improper, prohibited, illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to port scanning, sending spam, sending opt-in emails, scanning open relays or proxies, sending unsolicited emails or any version or type of email (even if routed through third-party servers), pop-up initiation, using stolen credit cards, credit card fraud, financial fraud, cryptocurrency fraud, impersonation, extortion, ransom, kidnapping, rape, murder, selling stolen credit cards, selling stolen goods, providing or selling prohibited, military, or dual-use items, providing or selling controlled substances, identity theft, hacking, forgery, phishing, scraping of any form or scale, digital piracy, intellectual property infringement, and similar activities;

除此之外，长时间占用宽带进行下载导致服务器网络异常，影响到其他用户正常使用的，"CN Booster"会采取措施限制滥用IP的网速。
Additionally, if prolonged bandwidth usage for downloads causes server network issues affecting other users' normal usage, "CN Booster" will take measures to limit the speed of abusive IPs.
为了您的账号安全，非定制账号仅限个人使用，请勿将账号分享给他人，分享给他人造成的损失将由您自己承担。
For your account security, non-custom accounts are for personal use only. Do not share your account with others; any losses resulting from sharing will be your sole responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to "CN Booster" services at our discretion. We may suspend your account for clarification, investigation, or to request an explanation of your actions and additional information. If your account has been suspended, you must contact us for further details. Before permanently terminating a user account, we may suspend your account for a reasonable period.

CN BoosterVIP会员服务是虚拟商品，注册后提供三天VIP会员试用期，若试用期间无法满足需求，试用结束后可以停用或者使用手机端免费服务。基于以上原因，CN Booster会员服务一般不提供退款。我们仅为符合下面退款条件的用户办理特殊退款，需要配合客服提交退款相关信息。
CN Booster VIP membership is a virtual product, offering a three-day trial period upon registration. If the trial does not meet your needs, you may deactivate it or use the free mobile service afterward. For these reasons, CN Booster membership services generally do not offer refunds. We will only process special refunds for users meeting the conditions below, requiring cooperation with customer service to submit relevant refund information.

退款价格：购买3天之内可以全额退款；超过3天按实际未使用天数90%退款。活动特价低于标价8折的、有特殊说明不退款的套餐无法办理退款；应用商店内购买或订阅的商品，原则上应向应用商店申请退款，确需客服办理退款的，需扣除应用商店的分成比例后计算退款金额；
Refund amount: Full refund within 3 days of purchase; over 3 days, 90% refund based on unused days. Packages at promotional prices below 80% of the listed price or with no-refund notes are ineligible for refunds.
