如果选择发送给客服您的截图，照片功能时，需要您授权访问设备照片，媒体内容，如您拒绝提供，您将无法正常使用相关附加功能（向客服发送截图等），但并不会影响您正常使用我们产品及/或服务的基本功能。If you choose to send screenshots or photos to customer service, you need to authorize access to device photos and media content.
